2) Age gating and self-attestation

We use age-gating measures (for example, date-of-birth entry and/or an 18+ affirmation) during sign-up and/or before gameplay. You are responsible for providing accurate information. We may store your age-gate response (e.g., via account settings and essential cookies) to help enforce access restrictions.

3) Verification methods

We may verify age at registration, during account use, or when risk signals indicate the account may belong to a minor. Verification may include one or more of the following:

• Requesting date of birth confirmation and consistency checks.
• Asking for government-issued ID and/or a selfie/liveness check.
• Using third-party identity/age verification providers (where available) to confirm age and detect fraud.
• Reviewing device, account, and activity signals to identify suspected underage use (e.g., inconsistent profile data, chargeback/fraud indicators, or reports).

We request only what is reasonably necessary to verify age and protect the service.

4) If we suspect a user is underage

If we believe an account may be used by someone under the required age, we may:

• Temporarily restrict access while we request proof of age.
• Close the account if age cannot be verified or if we confirm the user is underage.
• Remove or disable access to virtual items/virtual currency associated with the account to prevent continued use by a minor.
• Retain limited information as required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and recordkeeping.

5) Reporting underage use or requesting removal

If you believe a minor is using the service, or you are a parent/guardian seeking assistance, contact us with as much detail as possible (username, email used, and the reason for concern). We will review and may request additional information to locate the account and verify eligibility.
