Terms of Service

1) Social casino / no real-money gambling

The Services offer simulated gameplay only. No real-money gambling is offered. You cannot cash out, withdraw, or redeem in-game currency or items for real money. No prizes of real-world value are awarded. Any virtual currency or virtual items have no cash value and are for entertainment only.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Services. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your location.

3) Accounts

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts as described below.

4) Acceptable use

• No cheating, exploiting bugs, scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Services.
• No harassment, hateful or illegal content, or attempts to access other users’ data.
• No use of bots or automation unless explicitly permitted by us.

5) Purchases (if offered)

If you buy virtual currency/items, you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use them within the Services. All sales are final to the maximum extent permitted by law. Virtual items may be modified, rebalanced, or removed.

6) Intellectual property

The Services (including software, visuals, text, and trademarks) are owned by Satin Spin Quarter, LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by these Terms.

7) User content

If you submit content (e.g., chats, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, and display it to operate and improve the Services. You represent you have the rights to submit it and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, dispute terms).

9) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Satin Spin Quarter, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing).

11) Dispute resolution; arbitration; class action waiver

Before filing a claim, contact us and describe the issue; we will try to resolve it informally. If unresolved, you and we agree to resolve disputes by binding individual arbitration to the extent permitted by law, and not in a class, collective, or representative action. Either party may seek relief in small claims court for eligible claims. This section does not waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
