Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases Policy

1) Overview
We may offer optional purchases of virtual currency (e.g., “Chips”) and/or virtual items for entertainment within our social casino-style services. Purchases are optional and are not required to access basic features.
2) What you can buy
- Virtual currency (Chips) and/or bundles, boosts, or other in-app features.
- Promotional bonus Chips may be granted with certain purchases or activities at our discretion.
3) Pricing, authorization & billing
- Prices are shown at checkout and may vary by platform, device, or location.
- By confirming a purchase, you authorize us (and/or the applicable app store or payment processor) to charge your selected payment method, including applicable taxes/fees where required.
- If purchases are made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform, the platform’s billing terms, receipts, and refund workflows may apply.
4) No monetary value; no transfer; no redemption
- Virtual currency and virtual items have no cash value and are not legal tender.
- No redemption, cash-out, or conversion to real money, property, or “something of value.”
- No selling, gifting, trading, or transferring between accounts unless we explicitly enable it in writing.
- Virtual currency is licensed, not sold, and is provided for entertainment use within the service only.
5) Delivery, balance & expiration
- Purchased virtual currency is typically delivered immediately after payment confirmation; delays can occur due to network, platform, or fraud checks.
- We may adjust balances to correct errors, reverse fraudulent transactions, or comply with law or platform rules.
- If your account is closed or suspended for a Terms violation, you may lose access to any remaining virtual currency/items.
6) Refunds & chargebacks
- All sales are generally final to the extent permitted by law. Refunds may be granted in limited cases (e.g., duplicate charges, non-delivery, or unauthorized purchases) after review.
- Platform purchases: request refunds through the platform’s refund process first (e.g., Apple/Google), as we may not be able to issue refunds directly for those transactions.
- If you file a chargeback, we may suspend the account and/or remove the related virtual currency or benefits while we investigate. Chargeback abuse may result in permanent account restrictions.
7) Anti-fraud & abuse controls
To protect users and the integrity of the service, we may use automated and manual controls such as velocity limits, identity/payment verification steps, device/account risk checks, purchase limits, and transaction monitoring. We may refuse, cancel, or reverse transactions reasonably suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or policy violations.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when changes were posted.
